Studio optreind converts a conceptual idea into a graphical visual language of, among other things, educational material, house styles, printed matter, album covers and logos. Studio optakeld also profiles itself on the freelance website Hoofdgoot.nl and is available for graphic assignments and illustrative work on a freelance basis. Studio optakeld is the graphic design agency of Rubens Ruimte. This is where, among other things, the creative projects that arise from Rubens Ruimte and Spacebar are designed.

Nice and quick to work with Ruben. We asked Ruben to make a number of designs for a logo based on a detailed briefing. Ruben interpreted the brief excellently and translated it into colours, a style and various logos. Also able to switch quickly with small adjustments. Everything nice and concrete and decisive. Zwolle 'ondersteboven' is a project created in collaboration with the municipality of Zwolle and the National Soil and Water Traineeship. Together we looked at how we can trigger both young and old in an accessible and playful way to reflect on everything that is underground, or has to do with the ground. How we can deal with this properly, and what problems we are dealing with regarding sustainability, energy, pollution, etc. The themes focus on archaeology, drinking water, soil life, energy transition, cables and pipelines and climate adaptation. For this we have designed eight illustrations that are now located in Stadshagen, Assendorperplein, Zwolle Zuid and Holtenbroek in Zwolle. The images are presented in a stylish, colorful way and illuminate the various themes with clear visual hints.
